Dont know what to begin how horrible this place is,was with my family for a holiday to relax,so i thought i could,the staff was so rude and the rooms weren’t ready and we booked days before we came.I literally had to beg for towels and blankets and they had the audacity to tell me they gave us everything and didn’t want to bring us,the pool THAT WE HAD TO PAY FOR TOO and they didnt mention that in the booking site was so dirty and the kitchen staff were so clumsy and gave us food like to dogs,tell me how is this possible,cause the place was so expensive yet they dare to treat us like i came for free,also in the room the AC wasn’t turning of and had to get up to it to turn off manually and the water in the shower wasnt flowing and found that it was clogged by dirt and hair,I videotaped everything!! So it transformed my vacation into a nightmare,dont recommend going there!

Food comes very hard, waiters 0 , serving 0 . The food leaves much to be desired. I do not recommend !!! Food drinks: Horrible!! The carbonara pills were sour and uncooked Service: 1 Location: 1
Avoid the place, the water is very dirty and I got some bumps on my body, the food is horrible!!!
