Seemed under staffed for how busy it was?Monday lunch and Tuesday dinner. Not the busiest times of the week but took an hour to get our food both times. The food for us was forgetful and not good.I believe management will get this right with time as it was the only downside to the shangri la.

I don't think i want to return. Time is valuable. And mediocre food didn't help, i was expecting something amazing, but i underestimated it.

However it?s pretty good food and a great atmosphere. I usually don?t get my drink refilled without tracking somebody down. I usually getseated quickly and have some fun choices. They had a Mexican fiesta last night and I had a tamale that was outstanding withreally great beans and rice. I?ve had their kale salad before and it was yummy. My daughter enjoys their grilled cheese, theirpizza, and the chicken strips aren?t bad. As long as you know where you are and he said your expectations right you can have agreat time and a great meal. Enjoy.

The furthest thing from gormet. The food was all cold and service was not great by any means. Definitely willnot go back!
