An experience not to be missed! Our dinner with Alexander was perfection! Everything served was so incredibly fresh and sourced from the beautiful island of Tinos. Our menu consisted of mainly vegetables and seafood, which were incredibly delicious. My husband and I were hosted at Alexander’s home, in a beautiful backyard setting. Alexander helped us with the menu in advance and every dish worked perfectly together. The flavours were incredible. I wish I could give 10 stars on this review! If you find yourself on the magical island of Tinos, an evening with Alexander at “Tinos Farm-To-Table” is a must!

We had a cooking class at Tinos Farm to Table with Alexander and it was an amazing experience for my family! First, Alexander took us through the fields and talked about the different trees. Next, We prepared the Food together all with local products. Finally, we sat at the table and enjoyed the delicious food. Alexander is a very good host and chef and he made us feel very welcome. We also enjoyed learning more about Greek food and culture/history. I highly recommed this course if you come to Tinos

Alexander is an incredible knowledgeable chef and his food reflects a deep care for the land and his Grecian culture. He was able to accommodate multiple dietary restrictions without sacrificing flavor. Everything is grown on his farms or procured nearby including the salt.
