Very good sushi and nice staff. Unfortunately, lack of hygiene when garnishing on top of the sushi when I was there. The person had one gloved hand and one without a glove and both hands were used for the cash register and touched the face of the person garnishing. The person was holding the paper with the ungloved hand; in order to grab the garnish with both hands a few minutes later. It didn't feel fresh when it comes to food... Would have been better with more frequent changes of gloves and washing of hands.
