The menu at this restaurant is amazing, starting with the red root appetizer, followed by the fascan dish, and finishing with a delicious bread and cheese platter. Reindeer shake really salty. The jerky was in a soup bowl with a really salty broth, reindeer jerky in it, and really good mash around it. The mash dissolved in the salty liquid. The lips grew warm from the salt. It's a shame we didn't return it to the kitchen. I still have a suspicion that it was perhaps a game shake, not a reindeer. However, the service is great!
