I had the worst restaurant experience of my LIFE, at the Adrian MI Panera. In the midst of the worst of covid, we went there for pick up, because we trusted Panera. The man handling and wrapping my sandwiches had his mask around his neck. I went to themanager and complained. He accused me of lying!
I placed an order online for rapid pick up. When I grabbed inside my bag to get my sandwich, I found the wrapper was open and my chicken salad was dumped all over the bag and had made a mess. When I got what was left of my sandwich out of the wrapper,there was barely even enough chicken salad to fill half a sandwich. My bread was soggy from a pickle that had been left underthe sandwich. Awful. Worst experience so far at Panera.

The restaurant is spotless, and the staff is outstanding! Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive. I will certainly be coming back again!
I always love visiting this restaurant for their delicious bagels! The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, ensuring that each visit is a wonderful experience, especially thanks to Maya!
