We always enjoy our time at Applebee's, and our latest visit was no different. Bartender Gina ensured we had everything we needed, and our food and drinks were prepared just the way we liked them. Considering how busy they always are, our food arrived fairly quickly and was exactly as we ordered. The atmosphere is fantastic, whether we’re looking for a quick lunch or wanting to relax and watch the game.

We had a wonderful experience at your restaurant. Nowadays, dining out can be unpredictable, especially with many places facing staffing shortages. However, that was not the case during our visit. Our server, Kirsten, was exceptional. She provided us with outstanding service and I also noticed how well she attended to her other tables. She was always cheerful and eager to accommodate our needs. We will definitely be back and hope to see Kirsten again! The food was excellent as well.

I had an excellent experience at your restaurant. My server, Trebbe, was fantastic! She was friendly, quick, and very efficient. From the moment we arrived until we left, she ensured that our visit was outstanding. I will definitely return!

I dined here recently with my partner, and I had the best Applebees experience with our server, Angel. She made us feel beyond welcomed and we got to try some newer things on the menu.. I’m not big on chain restaurants but this one seems to be doing the right thing !

We normally stop here when we 're in town, but today may have been our last visit. The bathrooms were unclean, despite the fact that there is a cleaning checklist on the wall, prematurely filled out (3 pm initials were on there already, though it was only 2:45pm). They missed a few things, likely by a week or two! Our service was marginal, perhaps they were understaffed today. I found the manager on the floor and the food runner to be less than affable. My fries were cold, and their replacement was wordlessly dropped in the middle of our table. My burger was salty, onions not thoroughly cooked, and the bottom bun was soggy and wet with grease. I felt that complaining would not be met with a hospitable response, so other than ordering new fries, I didn 't. Everyone is entitled to an off day, so I will probably revisit, but not anytime soon.
