The owners are extremely honest and will even lose business, pointing out that walk-in customers might have a long wait at some peak times (this is in contrast to the former owners who accepted any order, pretending the service wouldn 't take long but meaning I was sometimes stuck there for 45 minutes with a young child in tow).
