After a long time we went to the dairy for lunch again. We chose fried fish. And were quite disappointed. Aside from the fact that the product was the cheapest thing frozen, the preparation of the dish wasn't particularly special either. The fish was already half disintegrated because it was overcooked. Aside from the fact that the product was the cheapest thing frozen, the preparation of the dish wasn't particularly special either. The fish was already half disintegrated because it was overcooked. The fries were the cheapest thing the TK had to offer anywhere, thin, dripping with fat, and tasted a lot like old oil. I'm sorry, but I was very disappointed. The next Backfisch can be found either at Backfisch-Udo in Warnemünde or in the Ostseepark. It's actually a shame, as the old dairy used to deliver quality. But now, this is the cheapest fast food at exorbitant prices (based on the quality).
