This was our family’s first ski trip in Switzerland, and the entire experience exceeded every expectation. From the breathtaking alpine views to the beautifully presented meals, everything felt thoughtful and refined. The hospitality throughout our stay stood out in every detail. The shuttle bus driver was always polite and welcoming, making each transfer smooth and stress‑free. The whole team created an atmosphere where we felt genuinely cared for. But the person who made our stay truly exceptional was Alina. Her warmth, professionalism, and sincere attention to detail elevated our experience in a way we will never forget. The surprise she prepared for our wedding anniversary was incredibly touching and made the celebration deeply meaningful for our family. It wasn’t just good service — it was heartfelt, personal, and unforgettable. We are truly grateful for her kindness. We left with beautiful memories and a strong desire to return. Thank you to everyone at The Cambrian for making our first Swiss ski holiday so special, and a very special thank you again to Alina for making it extraordinary.

All the staff were genuinely friendly and hel... read more We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was big, very comfortable, and had a beautiful view — it felt very cozy. All the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty with plenty to choose from, and a special thank you to Yolanda, who made a lovely dish for us every morning — such a sweet touch. The only small thing is that the pillows were a bit too soft and low for us, so having a pillow choice would be great. Otherwise everything was great — we’d happily come back and recommend it. The area is also perfect for skiing.
