What Fermin Auer doesn't like about Yum Cha Hut:
my partner and I both ordered the duck in different variation, I had duck/rice and she had it with noodles. the judgment was unanimous - the absent were too salty. I've already had it, but it takes the cake. Hopefully, the other birds are not as salty as we were only regrettable that they have served a bad one. Shopping break. I went shopping for post christmas sales and ate a duck soup for lunch. Absolutely delish. The broth was tasty and the duck so crispy.
