Friendly prompt service, standouts were salt and pepper tofu and eggplant. Pork belly was ok, tea smoked duck and white bait very nice. Poached chicken breast with ginger I wouldn't order again as it was bland. Vegetarian fried rice ok. $250 for 6 people which is reasonable. Recommend View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wah Hing:
Good food but extremely rude female owner/manager. Told us off for bringing in "outside food" which happened to be baby food... this after our group spent over a hundred dollars there. Left with a bad taste in our mouths which is not what we were looking for. Choose another restaurant with a better atmosphere, there's enough of them on gouger View all feedback.

An easy way to determine the bench mark for any Asian restaurant,in my opinion can simply come down to the satay sauce they use on their satays!! Wah Hing has THE GREATEST satay sauce in adelaide - ACTUAL!Great little restaurant on Gouger, small - but not pokey! Very good decor, inviting and friendly staff. Excellent service and a great wine and food menu. We thoroughly enjoyed our entree - satays (OMG YOU NEED TO TRY THESE!) and spring rolls. For mains we shared the kway teow and Singapore noodles - both on the lunch specials menu and very reasonably priced at $12.90!!! Good sizing, fresh and really tasty! Looking forward to heading back and trying some of the other items on their menu!
Some of the best Chinese food that you can get in Adelaide. They have a lovely atmosphere going on, especially after their renovations. Some exquisite dining for a fair price.
In my opinion the best regional Chinese food on Gouger Street, beautiful quality and presentation and at the right price, great wine list, Susanna the owner is a brilliant host, we always ask her to just feed us, we never use the menu. highly recommend.
Winners of multiple awards in 2016 this restaurant is still producing exceptional food and value for money. My only criticism is the metal chop sticks, they were difficult to hang onto.
