Oporto Brompton - Adelaide

Made an order for a whole chicken feed and was missing half the order. We weren't given a drink with our burger meal too and there is also an entire burger missing.

I have called them and ordered. They have took my order and said we will start making now. And when I came to store after 20 minutes and they told me they are not making orders taken on the call untill customer comes.

Very, very poor service. There were a couple of people waiting for their orders when I arrived and they seem like they had been waiting for a while given their facial expressions of frustration. I waited over 9min to be served and waited over 15min to be served the food. There was 1 individual behind the counter who was doing both the good preparation and the cooking while his colleague was seating on the side having lunch and watching his colleague sink in the volume of orders coming through. A few customers could not stand the wait and just left without placing any orders. The guy behind the counter did not even make an attempt to ask for assistance from his colleague but instead chose to leave customers with a terrible customer experience.

When you need to contact them, they will straight up ignore you when you ring no point ringing OTR they will let the phone ring out until it hangs up on you too. Food is otherwise OK, nothing spectacular

The first time I had their chicken. I became addicted and ordered almost everyday. It's that good. This is the first time I ever had Churros from somewhere as well and I love it. Thank you for the staff that cook my food and leave me with loving notes as well. Forever will be loyal to you. Take this heart Also, they gave me extra chips so I was really panicking that the driver gave me the wrong order, Luckily it wasnt wrong. Thank you again for the loving and hardworking staff
