i think the reviews are a bit harsh. Yes its not chianti up the road but its not charging like it either and not trying to be. It is what it is and I love the club sandwich and service View all feedback.
What Jensen O'Connell doesn't like about Latte on Hutt:
Good for breakfast. We found this cafe for breakfast Jan It gave excellent value, intelligent and friendly service and remarkably good food, nicely presented. Very willing to discuss variations of the menu. Do ask if you want something not shown on the menu. We will go again. View all feedback.

The food here is great value and very tasty, the service is always excellent and with a smile.
I think the owners have read the reviews and upped their game. The service was very attentive and the food quite good. I enjoyed the coffee as well.
Are rarely open and almost never have seating set up outside even though there are always tables. Good place for a take away coffee when you're on the go if you can catch them during whatever operating hours it is they keep.
Disgusting. Waited over 25 minutes for my eggs "Benedict" served with spinach instead of ham, for some reason (I assumed they were out of ham). I ignored that fact and pressed on, I don't mind a Florentine anyway (also on their menu). The muffin must have been toasted for all of 30 seconds, the "hollandaise" sauce was most likely that horrid Praise squeeze bottle stuff dolloped on top of my reasonably poached eggs - sour, coagulated and cold. I left barely finishing one egg and nothing else, and too disheartened to complain. With a bottle of Nippy's OJ being the highlight, it was the worst $18 I've spent on food in my life.
