Jamie's Italian Adelaide

I have a dairy allergy...when i asked the waiter to check with the chef, he rolled his eyes!! Mate, im not asking you to move the pyramids! Im asking you to make sure i go home at the end of the meal and not to the hospital after having anaphylaxis!

For such a beautiful venue it was very disappointing. The food was average (I had heard that things had improved) and the service was ok but slow. Staff were very happy, just not on the ball and when you are sitting next to the cooking area and hear them talking about how one of them is getting a cold it is not great.

I can't understand why Jamie's Adelaide still haven't got it together for service.

Good food, good ambience, average staff. We got everything we ordered, eventually.

The food was very disappointing. Large amount of pasta in marinara dish and very little seafood three small mussels and thumb size calamari rings. Steak just average with an abundance of watercress. Truffle oil risotto overpowered by Parmesan. Would neither recommend nor return. Thank goodness for good company.
