Was Anonym at Jamface a mag?
Quite a cozy place for breakfast, although the staffs didn't approach us when we enter the place (because it's our first time here n we don't know what to order) View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Jamface:
Have for some time wanted to experience the cafe run by Poh & on this visit to Adelaide were able to do so. Sadly we had not done sufficient research so arriving mid afternoon on a Saturday when the market is bedlam we were surprised to find that the menu on offer was predominantly an "All Day Breakfast" affair. Nothing wrong with the eggs which were beautifully cooked but we were expecting something more in line wit... View all feedback.

We dropped by to have coffee and cake after the lunch rush and were disappointed with the offering. The coffee took nearly over 10 minutes to be served and it wasn't busy. Plus our order of iced coffee was the smallest serve we have ever had and had chunks of ice through it literally!!! Certainly not the usual iced coffee you get every where else. Our desserts where ok. The Millyfilly was excellent but the lemon curd and raspberry tart was too runny and the base was too brittle. We tried to cut it and it just shattered into pieces so we got left with a mesh of curd and base.Better places in the Central market for coffee and cake
We came from Vic & we stayed in the city for the weekend attending a friends 50th birthdayWe used the opportunity to check out some if the best breakfast spots in the city. The Adelaide Market is a wonderful place to be early on a Saturday morning & JamFace breaky, coffee & hospitality was a stunning start to a weekend of fun & friendship - unlimited free cold filtered sparklingly water was a memorable treat
Really nice little place, great décor for a market stall.Had to wait in line to order as this place is busy busy! If there is one little pet annoyance of mine, it would have to be when a staff member does not acknowledge that you exist and you are patiently waiting for exactly that! The young lady who served me had her eyes diverted from mine the whole time as I waited at the counter, she then proceeded to take items out of the cake cabinet, place them on plates etc, take them to the customers and then finally return! I get this completely if you are busy and don’t mind at all, but please, let me know you have seen me! Thank you peeps for letting me vent! Had the beef red wine pie with salad, great pastry, filling could have had a little more seasoning, but still nice. Salads were good, although dressings were a tad bland if there was any on them. Brandy apple cheesecake really delicious but I should have asked for some cream to make it even better! Love the waters on tap. Look forward to trying their Friday night menu at some stage. Thanks Team.
My Mum, sister and I decided on a long weekend to Adelaide and the top of our to-do list was eating at Jam Face’s Friday Crunch Club and I am glad we did. The booking process is easy – simply text your desired date with number of people and you get a quick response with conformation (with emojis too!) We arrived right on the dot and were escorted to our allocated seats. Whilst initially apprehensive about sitting on a bench outside the restaurant, we were warmly welcomed and felt part of the evening from the start. Jono is the host with the most who welcomes you, happily chats with everyone and has a good knowledge of wine as demonstrated by his wine list. The kitchen and wait staff did not stop the whole night but were timely with our food and attentive throughout. The food - 6 courses of absolute deliciousness! The food is well spaced out, the portions allow you to try but not be too full, the flavour is unbelievable and the variety was great. My Mum, sister and I each had a favourite dish but really did enjoy them all. At the end of the night Poh left the kitchen and came out for a chat with everyone. She’s just lovely! But I have to say the true winner of the night was the food – it is AMAZNG! I would happily come back to Crunch Club!

We had a wonderful time at Crunch Club last Friday night to cap off our Adelaide holiday. The atmosphere in the bustling markets was fantastic, the staff were lovely, and it was a real treat to watch Poh carefully prepare the six delicious courses we savored. It's hard to pick a favorite, but highlights included the amazing Bagna Caudas, the savory noodle custard with crispy salmon skin, and the delightful dessert of meringue, fruit, and caramelized balsamic. Overall, every dish was delightful and we had a great experience.
Went for crunch club on friday night and it was fantastic! I have been dying to go there since we moved down 9 months ago as I am a huge fan of Poh. She didnt disappoint and each dish was exceptional. I am not a wine drinker so left it to Johnno to chose one for me and it was great. We will definitely go back.
Visited last Friday for the Crunch Club. It is good hearty food you’d expect to be specially cooked for you by friends/family that love you dearly. Poh came out to meet all who enjoyed her food. Poh should be proud of such a wonderful meal as it provided so much enjoyment in every bite. Don’t miss this experience at Adelaide Central Market, this will be a highlight for anyone that loves something different, appreciates fresh and tasty food and enjoys the quirky yet relaxed vibe in their dining experience. This was one of the biggest highlights of my trip. We need more of this in Melb! Thanks to Poh and the team at Jamface for serving your passion on the plate. Unforgettable!
All the staff are wonderfully friendly . i’m here now , it’s v busy but they have time for hello etc the stuff they have is very very delicious i tried the madeleines yum yum really nice
A funky little place to eat amazing food and enjoy the lively atmosphere of the market. The staff were so warm and friendly. They kindly accommodated my sister's allergies. Jonno was an absolute darling! His generous, amiable personality was so endearing! We felt like he was there just to ensure we enjoyed our night. The only thing that would have topped it off was to meet the gorgeous and talented Poh herself. My foodie and art hero! I loved Jamface. I will have to return, especially for another Milly Filly!
