I went with a mate for dinner. I enjoyed having the two broths in the split pot. Very fresh ingredients plus lots of sauces and condiments available. Better for the colder days. Will come back for a second try. View all feedback.

Customer service was below average There is a good selection of hot pot broths available, and decent range of meats + veg and mushrooms to add, but overall a very expensive way to eat hot pot for what you get View all feedback.
Go to hotpot was a warming and welcoming business. the multiple servers were helpful and always when my group or I needed help. the menu is huge, including so many meat, seafood and Vego options. definitely recommend for a group of friends.
I recently dined at a restaurant where you can cook your meat in the soup of your choice, which was a unique experience for me. I opted for the corn soup, which had a delicious flavor and was excellent. The staff even provided me with special utensils to mix my soup freely. In addition to the soup, I ordered fried rice which was above average in taste. The quality of the food was top-notch, and the best part was that it was also great value for the money, as I couldn't even finish my entire soup. Overall, a fantastic dining experience.
We went with family and friends for dinner on Easter Saturday. The food was delicious with generous portions for the price. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working in our section due to electrical issues, so I gave it a 4-star rating. We were sweating a lot and our dining experience was affected. We hope that this issue will be resolved next time so we can give it a 5-star rating. I highly recommend trying the bowl balls and Veggie pack.
We've been here a couple times and used to coming here. after our recent visit we were very disappointed. very small portions of meat and noodles to very high trips. the staff was quite rude and we advise from a cockroache that is attached to the wall to the esstic and the answer was very disappointing, we will not return and try other hot pots on gouger road.
Surprisingly pretty good! It was a Tuesday night at this hotpot place, so a booking wasn't made nor necessarily needed, however the situation could have been a lot different for a Friday or Saturday night. As winter approaches, hotpot was the perfect dinner for a...group of 4 people. Plenty to share around, ingredients for a reasonable price, and delicious homely soup broth. The soup bases ordered were tom yum and pork rib, which in my view is a perfect combination if you want something light after eating something spicy and sour. Both were really delicious along with the meat, mushrooms, tofu, crab balls, yong gap (greens), etc. Service was also on par with the food, with friendly staff tending to us whenever. But once again, the situation could be different for a Friday or weekend, mainly because hotpot would be very demanding on those days. (P.S. If you're halfway through the hotpot then I don't recommend you adding more plain pork soup broth, because this will not enhance the flavours, and it would be too much to finish
