But we found that both dishes lacked in flavour.

We ordered steamed chicken and prawn dumplings and stea... read more We popped in for two lots of dumplings, it wasn 't overly busy but had not system of service whatsoever. We ordered steamed chicken and prawn dumplings and steamed beef dumplings. We received the chicken and prawn dumplings in a reasonably timely manner ..... then that...was it??? Dumplings aren 't a complicated dish, I am sure they were boiled not steamed, they were overcooked (or waterlogged) and fell apart at the seams worst dumplings I have every had. At least 15 minutes later we got our beef dumplings, other customers (at least 10) received their dumplings, who came into the cafe after us so no idea why ours were delayed. Why on earth would they provide one person 's meal without the other? Also apparently there was complimentary tea it was empty, I asked if it could be refilled and the grumpy reply being, it will be filled later . Customer service zero, not a smile from any of them. Chinatown has so much food to choose from, I will go elsewhere next time and recommend others to do so too.

I always love to eat a plac... read more The food corresponded to the brand. I will say, although the staff looked energetic and happy to be there what was brilliant to see. I always love to eat a place where the staff usually seems to be there as it shows in food. The store is slightly dated and the menu on the wall has a bit of inconvenience, but I guess this is from a quiet time. Can't say much more for a chain restaurant.
