malvern domino promised to deliver pizza for a school class party. they confirmed that they work it at a certain time as schools to provide a timetable, then they do not deliver. so disappointing for the children and the employees of malvern did not seem to care. terrible service. Customer service worst I have come to Australia since the move. from beginning to end the workers were rude, the delivery lasted forever, the eating was cold and soggy. more than just eating bad, they can expect to be treated as müll when they try to talk to someone in the load. my look at dominos changed forever.

I absolutely love Domino's Pizza. I frequent the Malvern location almost every time, occasionally visiting Pasadina as well. My favorite is their pizza with a crispy base topped with ham and pineapple. I have been a loyal customer of Domino's for many years and in my opinion, they make the best pizzas. I usually order takeout for dinner.
I've ordered online from Dominos Malvern in SA twice in the past week. Both times my order was cancelled. The first time I missed a call from the store after ordering, and I only found out that they cancelled the order, I don't know why, after checking the app once I got in the car to go pick it up. The second time I answered a call that came after ordering and paying online, only to be told they were closed due to revised trading hours, and so my order had been cancelled and that I need to wait 3-5 business days for a refund. Why is online ordering active and taking money if the store is closed or unwilling to service orders? Taking orders without intending to fulfil them is just inconsiderate and disrespectful to customers. Sure, revise your hours, no worries, but update your website. It's basic manners.
