While the staff were friendly and the food was delicious, there were some minor issues such as long wait times and loud music. The menu offers vegetarian options but lacks labeled vegan choices. However, the atmosphere is pleasant, featuring live music and a diverse wine list. Overall, the Crown Sceptre is a new hot spot with creative and delicious food, friendly staff, and a comfortable setting perfect for any occasion.
A well managed and atmospheric bar. jo leads a smooth stylish device with quality trim. the beer garden is ideal for the foot. eat whole and weep. I hope to see half of it at this weekend!
To start what a great location and beautiful hotel. the hotel is renovated, clean and the staff was nice. the rear dining room has only ceiling fans and the temperature was unbearable. it was cooler outside in the courtyard with the fans. we ordered our meals and that took almost 90 minutes. that was for steak and chips. the chips were great, but the steak was not worth definitiw, a 90-minute waiting time.
Very expensive for a very average pub court. I chose the salt and pfefferstreusalat 18) and decided against the additional $2 chips. and a mineral water in a bottle that was $5. post mix soda water wasn't much cheaper at $4.50 the court arrived with chips. I did not correct them, but the 10 strands of squid over the salat, almost identical to the chips on the plate. really boring court. salat was added curly salat leaves with limp tomaten and gurke. can have many fantastic meal times near, for half price.
Fantastic venue that's located just out of the city centre. The staff here are really friendly and hospitable. The rooms provide its patrons with a good space and chill vibes. I visited the Futuresounds Festival this past weekend and it was an amazing night, with great music and brilliant acts by all bands. Also, they have giant Jenga to play with. That's pretty much a selling point in itself.
Great live music venue with an awesome beer garden and a great wine list ranging from standard house to premium but well-priced wines. Usual pub meals and bar snacks.
