Bistro Dom - Feedback

What User likes about Bistro Dom:
We turned up late, and were very well and polightly received. We had a wonderful evening. The degustation menu was perfect in terms of the serving size - not too little, not too much, just right. And the dishes were throughly enjoyed by all. Limited wine list though! We had an attentive waiter, who was not very experienced, but will certainly go far judging by tonights service. Visited for the first time. Empty for a Wednesday night but still took almost ten minutes for the waitress to notice a table of five had arrived. We were really looking forward to a great dining experience however the waitress's attitude tonight was not acceptable.
