What User doesn't like about Electra House Ground Floor:
We happened to be booked on a night when there was a large middle table who were extremely noisy. The room itself is probably echoey to start with but having that large group made it worse. We sat in a booth but couldn’t even hear each other speak. The food itself was ok. Kids had the burger which was a good size but the bread tasted stale. The restaurant has a beautiful venue, with friendly service and delicious dinner that is beautifully presented. I will definitely be returning soon.
Was surprised at how busy it was in a Wednesday night. However, despite this, we received cheerful and impeccable service and the food was top notch as usual. Thank you!
The menu overall was quite extensive and we chose the cauliflower salad and chicken momo potstickers. Both dishes were delicious and plenty for two with a bottle of Pol Roger. A little disappointing that they don’t have sparkling red wine on the list. I would have enjoyed a bottle of Bleasdale, Mt Bera, Spring Seeds or any other South Australian sparkling shiraz, sparkling merlot or sparkling cabernet sauvignon. Yes, I love my sparkling red and usually go back to restaurants that have it by the glass.
I always love coming to Electra House if wanting to unwind and enjoy good food with my friends and mentors. The staff is very friendly, and the ambiance is very relaxing.
