Came in to have dinner with a group of friends. We all ordered at the same time and asked for our meals to come at the same time but unfortunately this was not the case. My partner and I were the only ones that received our meal and we finished our meals well before the rest came out. I spoke to a waitress as it was severely hot that day about the heat and she explained that the air conditioner hadn’t been working for a few days. Everyone around us were using their menus as fans as the heat was bad inside. Not once when the booking was made that day were we told that the air conditioner wasn’t working as this would’ve restricted people from coming especially us. We have sent an email to be polite but unfortunately your staff members response was passive aggressive and wasn’t needed. If you want customers to keep coming back to your restaurant and speak highly of your service you need to treat people with respect. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Seating type: Indoor dining area

Customer service was terrible, I went in the other week in the evening to pass in my resume and have a look at the venue, (after I called the manager, lovely man, told me to go in) beautiful venue, ALTHOUGH I was extremely unimpressed by the really young blonde girl behind the bar who “attempted” to call management into the bar, for me to chat. And that is when I was very much fobbed off by a young girl, in her twenties with dark hair. She walks in, the other girl hangs up the phone and gestures for the dark haired girl to come over. She took my resume from my hand, said “I’ll let the manger know” and walked off. Then my friends proceeded to get served flat, warm moscato. I am grateful that girl threw away my resume instead of handing it to the manager (believe his name was John) as I would not want to work with such entitled young women. Very unprofessional and incredibly unimpressed. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
