As others have pointed out, it's probably best to keep driving. The manager mentioned that they do not accept coupons printed on their own receipts, saying this policy comes from the owner, who does not allow any discounts. Corporate Zaxby's should seriously consider reviewing this location and its management.
I've had exceptional customer service during every visit. I placed my order using the mobile app, and it was accurate and ready for pickup as soon as I got there. By downloading the app, you can score a free Big Zak Snack, which includes four tenders, a side dish, a piece of Texas toast, and a medium drink. I highly recommend downloading the app and picking up your order in-store since the drive-thru tends to get pretty busy.
Keep it up! This place is dirty and disappointing. The restrooms are gross, they were out of half the soda options in the sticky beverage area, and the wait times are way too long.
I’m updating my review from a 4 to a 5 following my recent visit on December 27, 2022. The restaurant was bustling with customers, likely because many people, including us, were traveling to Florida that day. The food exceeded the typical quality you’d expect from Zaxby’s. The customer service was exceptional, and the staff managed to maintain their composure despite the hectic atmosphere. Great job!
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The food was cold, the employees were not fulfilling their responsibilities, and the restrooms were dirty. It was particularly frustrating to see the staff stop their work to play with a baby instead of attending to customers. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
