We were driving home from Florida and had to wait an additional 20 minutes after we pulled up to the window, only to find out they completely messed up our order. I suggest you skip this location, which is at exit 39 on I-75 North, and go somewhere else instead. Food: 1 Service: 1

The manager mentioned that they do not accept coupons printed on their own receipts, saying this policy comes from the owner, who does not allow any discounts. Corporate Zaxby's should seriously consider reviewing this location and its management.

Additionally, I didn’t get the extras I... read more I placed an online order and was disappointed to find that I didn’t receive any sauces, dressings, utensils, or napkins. Additionally, I didn’t get the extras I paid for on my sandwiches. When I reached out, I was asked to come back so they could fix my order. Also, the colors on the burnt or barely toasted bread were quite off. It seems there’s a lack of consistency and pride in their work. As for the sweet tea, it was the least sweet I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, this has left us with no choice but to stop eating here due to the poor service. However, I must say that my delivery driver was very kind.

I placed my order using the mobile app, and it was accurate and ready for pickup as soon as I got there. By downloading the app, you can score a free Big Zak Snack, which includes four tenders, a side dish, a piece of Texas toast, and a medium drink. I highly recommend downloading the app and picking up your order in-store since the drive-thru tends to get pretty busy.
