We arrived on Thursday and having been frequenting the restaurant for some 20 years and due to unforeseen circumstances not been here since Dec 2018 we carried on the family tradition of first evening meal at the restaurant. We were surprised to see there wasn’t a queue of people at 8pm and was pleasantly surprised with the new decor and furnishings. Always such a beautiful view, food was good (portions smaller but to be honest they were always huge that you could never eat it all- prices increased slightly but we have come to the conclusion that instead of putting up prices (even in UK) they are cutting down on portion sizes with some a minimal increase. Juan mainly works mornings and the odd evening, we saw him this morning and it was great to see a familiar face who remembered us even after 5 years. Reading a lot of the reviews saddens us because you could never eat in the UK for those prices and with that view. We commented this morning on the amount of eating places/bars that have been and gone over the years but Gran Paella Valencia remains and we hope it continues to. Thank you Juan and the team. Been visiting regularly for the last 15 years and until now have loved it. Prices have shot up I know everything’s become more expensive but not the quality has gone down dramatically. Surly staff have replaced the welcome we always had. There used to a be queues for a table there’s now queues of staff. Food was ok but now overpriced compared to others which offer better service and better decor and ambience. What a shame we used to visit at least twice a week we are on the island. We visited once in three weeks and can’t see us going back anytime soon. Gutted to lose out “go to “ place.

Great place to enjoy a very good meal, right in front of the ocean, with a beautiful sunset view. The food is very tasty and large portions, wide variety to select. Pleasant and helpful personnel. Good value for the money. Year by year we came back with pleasure in this beautiful place.
