I really want to express my heartfelt thanks to all the staff, especially Matt. As a person with a disability, I truly appreciated how Matt helped me. He pushed my cart and carried everything for me, making the whole experience feel like shopping with a friend. We laughed throughout our time at the store. I have to mention the look on his face when I told him I needed to call a taxi—it was priceless! Even one of his colleagues started packing my purchases into boxes and helped the taxi driver load them into the car. Great job!

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. it is the best garden center in the opposite, and the caffe is fabulous!

Loved the position, the range of plants flowers and accessories. Staff were very very helpful as a disabled man I needed that. They were knowledgeable about everything and the check outs were lovely and friendly. Special mention to Sarah in The Farm Shop, very friendly and helpful, great personality. Cafe was cosy and food and drink spot on. All in all, full marks from Me. Thank You All.
