However, when I arrived around 11:30, I had to wait for a while because they hadn’t preheated the oven in time, so my order wasn't ready yet. The prepackaged cookie (from Sysco) was quite dry and didn’t justify the price or the calories.

The atmosp... read more Save your time and money; this place is not worth it. The condition of the restaurant is appalling, and it seems like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. The atmosphere is dark and dreary; we even thought it was closed because there were hardly any customers. Just two unfriendly staff members were present. There are so many better sub shops out there—try Jersey Mike's or Firehouse subs instead! I cannot recommend this place at all. The subs lack flavor, and I honestly don't know why we chose to eat here. Additionally, be cautious as they often charge extra for toppings you request, but you may not receive what you actually wanted. Double-check your order!

My sandwich had just a tiny bit of lettuce and one slice of red onion. It took an eternity to make the sandwich, and when it finally arrived, it wasn't warm like I had asked for. Honestly, it's absurd to pay $13 for that.

I don't appreciate sandwiches that are mostly bread, and I felt there wasn't enough filling. Additionally, the service was slow even though I was the only customer there. Overall, I wasn't impressed.

It took a while so you’d think it would be hot since after all it’s a hot sandwich place but alas cold at and bacon was all fat and not cooked through. Won’t be back. I wish I’d seen three stars before wasting my time and 16 bucks for a sandwich! Bread is cold and not toasted at all! Wtaf! I should have to bake my sandwich.
