Sweet Frog Addison

This was probably the worst frozen yogurt I?ve had. It?s so watery and icy with hardly any flavor. Plus, although the place looked clean, it smelled of this horrible mix of fabuloso cleaner and sewage thanks to a sewer out front that must be in baaaad shape. I couldn?t finish my yogurt and actually considered asking for a refund.

This location was horrible. The employees were rude didn?t even say hi when you walk in, the fruit was old and dirty. Everything on the dessert table was nasty and not clean. The windows were dirty. And the employees are lazy. They need to hire people that know how to run a store. Will not return.

Sweet frog is not what it used to be its so filthy. All the chocolates are stuck melted into the containers where they probably have not been switched and the cheesecake pieces were melted completely and stuck to the spoon and tasted bad. The strawberries were warm and even the floor was super dirty. Will never go back, i had not been in a while but definitely never going back.

Employees were so rude. I have never experienced this. I was out with my family on a Sunday so happy and exited to get froyo but the employe was disrespectful and rude.

This sweet frog is the worst. The place is so dirty as you walk in. The tables and seats are just disgusting. The topping are not fresh at all, the fruit is moldy and candy is just hard weeks olds or maybe even months. Yuck!
