Sweet frog is not what it used to be its so filthy. All the chocolates are stuck melted into the containers where they probably have not been switched and the cheesecake pieces were melted completely and stuck to the spoon and tasted bad. The strawberrieswere warm and even the floor was super dirty. Will never go back, i had not been in a while but definitely never going back.
This was likely the worst frozen yogurt I've ever had. It was incredibly watery and icy with little to no flavor. While the place appeared clean, there was an unpleasant odor that reminded me of a horrible mix of Fabuloso cleaner and sewage, likely due to a severely problematic sewer out front. I couldn't finish my yogurt and even contemplated asking for a refund.
The staff was incredibly rude. I've never encountered such behavior before. I went out with my family on a Sunday, feeling happy and excited to enjoy some frozen yogurt, but the employee was disrespectful and unfriendly.
The friendly girl at the register is delightful, and they offer sugar-free options along with a variety of toppings to choose from.
This Sweet Frog is truly disappointing. From the moment you walk in, the cleanliness is lacking. The tables and seats are quite filthy. The toppings are far from fresh; the fruit has mold on it, and the candy is hard and likely weeks or even months old. It's unappetizing!
