It’s rare to find someone so profession... read more I visited On the Border in Addison on October 19, 2017, around 8:30 PM, and I must say, Edgar was an exceptional waiter. It’s rare to find someone so professional in the restaurant industry. We eat out nearly every night, and Edgar stands out for his prompt and attentive service. He is always observing, so we never had to ask for anything—he ensured our chip bowl was always full and our drinks were replenished before we ran out. On the Border Addison is definitely our favorite restaurant.
