The dining experience is consistently wonderful. However, the server and the service could have been better; they seemed tired and ready to wrap up their shift. Our reservation was at 8:45 PM, even though the restaurant closes at 9:00 PM. Despite this, the food is excellent and definitely worth a visit. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Meso Maya Addison:
Drinks were so slow that we cancelled our second one!! No bartender, manager was bartending and doing other responsibilities. Chip server was rude!! asked for a second salsa and she practically threw it at us.. UGH...server tried, she was good. View all feedback.

We love Meso Maya, but this location was awful. Service was terrible, and food was poor. My ceviche was inedible and the waitress didn’t even consider taking it off of the bill. We won’t go back to this location.
Food was excellent, but service left something to be desired.
We arrived at 8, did not receive our drinks until 8:45 only waters. Appetizer s came in around 9:30 and food didn’t arrive till 10pm, the waiter did the best he could but it looked like they were understaffed however I have been to Meso Maya before and every time is the same type of service. Our food was cold so I’m not sure why the wait was long, maybe half of our plates were sitting there while the rest of the food was done.
