I've... read more I haven't tried every single burrito in Carrollton... but gosh, these have got to be the best. Coming from a vegetarian perspective, this place is awesome. I've only ever ordered burritos. The beans are devious, flavorful, and Truly vegetarian; the owner makes sure to mention that there is no animal fat every time I order. He really cares about the food he puts out, he is proud to serve what he serves, and it shows. His food is heartfelt. I don't even live in the area anymore; I live an hour away, but circumstances provide that I am in the area every once in a while and when it's lunchtime, as long as I don't wait too long and he is still open, it's no question where my lunch is going to be.
