I ordered brisket, turkey, fried okra, potato salad, and sweet tea. It’s been years since I’ve had a meal this delicious! I’d give it 5 stars, two thumbs up, and a perfect 10 out of 10!

The brisket was tender but lacked any flavor, and while the ribs were cooked well, they too were bland. The potato salad was simply awful—it was just potato slices with the skins on, mixed with mayonnaise, and had no egg, no proper relish, and no taste whatsoever. I won't even mention the green beans because I'm already frustrated with how tasteless the rest of the meal was. My wife ordered the chicken, and I have to admit, it was juicy and full of flavor, which left me wondering what went wrong with the other dishes. I've had barbecue from Memphis to Southeast Texas, and this place just falls flat on flavor. I honestly couldn’t believe the positive reviews; I ended up having to sprinkle some seasoning on everything, and I’m not joking when I say that.

I ordered a chili brisk... read more I've visited this barbecue restaurant several times and usually had a good experience, but my most recent visit was quite disappointing. I ordered a chili brisket bowl, and it was only half full, containing very little meat or chili—mostly just liquid. I also recall the owner saying they don't add cheese unless you request it, yet my bowl had cheese in it. I've ordered the same size bowl in the past, and it was much more fulfilling.
