Contribute FeedbackI've always loved Monta. For sure one of my favorite Ramen restaurants. This time I had the Spicy Tonkotsu and the whole balance is just perfect.
I really enjoyed the tonkatsu ramen--the soup was perfectly flavored and textured, the noodles spot on and the pork belly perfectly tender.
Good ramen restaurantVery simple and traditional but each ingredient is very well cookedEspecially soup and noodle are so good, rich and smooth.
