Cookies are one of the best in ethiopia (IMO) and the coffee is good. They serve a lot of menu and the place itself is a good place to hang out or rendez-vous. One of their branches in Bole has smoking area. View all feedback.

We enjoyed the newly opened branch in Bole Bulbula. Beautiful side and pleasant service.
Love the place and the food. We ordered 2 burgers and chicken and it came with chips when I remember well. The service was great and everything was clean and great. A side note for the chicken it was a bit hard, but according to my understanding, so is the local chicken. So if you didn't get used to it, something else: it was okay for me.

You can also be proactive by reaching out to individual customers every so often as a way to gauge how you’re doing. If you have been able to develop an ongoing friendly relationship with a handful of people who consistently buy coffee at your shop, consider bringing them on board as volunteer “advisors.” Ask them if they’d be willing to provide feedback to you every so often over email. Send each person in your “advisor” group a customized email and ask them questions about your business and their experiences interacting with your team, buying your products, and spending time in your coffee house.
