Good food, even if small decisions and good cocktails and service. They don't close at 130.

There are some really nice places that this building including Black Rose Bar there is a club on the top floor as well as a lounge bar on the second floor. The ambience is very beautiful and the amount is very cooled and relaxed.

It was here 10 years ago and it didn't change. One of the top lounges in town. Excellent staff and we are positioned in the city. Close to all major hotels. Prices are very reasonable and it is easy to meet people here.

The Black Rose Bar (like a lounge) offers excellent drinks that are both well-made and high-quality ingredients. Serving food such as cheese steak sandwiches late at night, this facility, which is both demanding and welcomes all stages of inebriation. I would recommend for a happy hour on Friday between 5 and 7 (I think... not specify) as the drinks (which are expensive) are significantly cheaper (how much you ask? You need to ask a somewhat more intransigent version of me for this answer, I'm sorry! But I think it's more than 50% off). Nevertheless, go there ready to spend significantly. You won't regret it!

Cool cocktail bar with mostly only locals. It's on the more upscale side and more Western style. But I felt the drinks were a bit weak.
