Hillbilly's Wing Shack - Adamsville

We were pleasantly surprised by this beautiful little restaurant that features a live band on the weekends. The variety of wings on the menu is extensive and the atmosphere is welcoming to all. Don't hesitate to try out these delicious wings - your taste buds will thank you!

We were warmly welcomed when we came to the building. the owner and the personal have treated us well and made sure that we were happy. there are so many combinations of wing styles and aromen, the possible combos seem infinite. great atmosphere!

AMAZING wings!!! Great atmosphere feels like the restaurant has been here for generations. I hear that the Hillbilly Burger is also off the charts.

Went and had some wings. I've tried 4 different flavors and they were all subpar accept one. The honey barbecue is great! Kinda pricey too. Really good spicey corn ball appetizer things that were delicious! Kinda pricey though for how few you get. I probably won't go back here. It was just okay..

I wish I had written this review a year ago when I would have given it 5 stars. However, the quality of the meat has significantly decreased. I couldn't even identify 6 out of the 10 "wings" I ordered. The service was also lacking, as we were never checked on throughout the meal. The server came to our table multiple times, but it felt like they were just checking up on us for the sake of it. Despite my love for this place and its close proximity to me, I don't think I will be returning. It's hard to believe I just spent $50 for that experience. Unfortunately, my last 6 visits have all been disappointing.
