Reasonable prices, good service, and good portions. The only issue is the bar area can be very loud on game nights, so request the dining area if you are going to hold a conversation.

In the past, I had ordered two different pasta dishes that I didn't enjoy, but this time I tried the Americano chicken sandwich, which I thought was tasty. I felt that my first mixed drink was lacking in alcohol, but the second one definitely hit the spot. We were part of a large group, and our server did an excellent job, especially considering it was his first day on the job. Although the kitchen was a bit slow in getting our food to us, I think that was understandable given the size of our group.

The crust on the regular pizza was tough, everything was served cold, and we waited for 20 minutes in the lobby while our pizzas sat on the shelf, despite asking three times if our order was ready. I don't feel inclined to try it again. Plus, it was quite expensive for the low quality! There are some fantastic pizza options in Grand Rapids; it's puzzling why this place is so popular.

The cheese wedges were surprisingly good, especially when paired with Ranch and Marinara sauce—they really elevated the dish! The desserts were absolutely delightful and definitely worth a try! The atmosphere wasn’t too loud, and the parking lot was spacious enough to open our doors without worrying about hitting the car next to us. The bathrooms were elegant, clean, and well-stocked. I gave 4 stars because the burnt pizza should never have left the kitchen in the first place. Overall, it was a great experience for someone new like me!

I got the Amercano chicken sandwich this time and thought it was good. My first mixed drink I think they forgot thealcohol, but the second was much better. When she saw that one of our medium pizzas was missing, (because it had came out burnt from the kitchen and we had returned it, she went to the manager and asked for us, if we could get anappetizer to tide us over. The cheese wedges were a lot tastier than we thought they'd be! And with ranch and marinara, theywere awesome! The desserts were absolutely wonderful and definitely worth trying! The place was not too noisy either. Parkingspaces were big enough, allowing you to open your doors without hitting the car next to you. Bathrooms were elegant, clean, andstocked up. I gave 4 stars because the very burnt pizza should have never left the kitchen in the first place. All in all, agood experience for an out-of-towner like me.

Our waitress was friendly and attentive, offering helpful menu suggestions and checking on us regularly during our meal. When our deluxe pizza arrived, it was slightly undercooked in the center but still acceptable. After trying a slice, our server came back to check on us and noticed the pizza was a bit too soupy in the middle. She quickly went to the kitchen to have a new pizza made for us, which came out within minutes and tasted even better! We felt very well cared for and left extremely satisfied. We will definitely be coming back!
