It hit or miss. Sometimes I go in and the staff is amazing and will go the extra mile to make a customer happy. Then sometimes you go in and it’s a bunch of kids, with no supervision working. They stand around on their phone and touch with their glove, then use those same glove to touch the food. View all feedback.

The people here are amazing and so understandable. They load my sandwiches and Salads. I usually tip and make sure everyone gets something. Good environment, great team work. Best subway in northwestOhio.
