Sam's Southern Eatery Ada

The food was amazing and our waitress was great! We are happy we stopped in on our way through Ada.

Dirty carpet kinda makes it hard to eat and makes one wonder what the kitchen looks like. They use some kind of pine cleaner spray on EVERYTHING that overpowers the restaurant of a cheap pine scent. I took a group of people in for lunch and the census was the same on the smell of the building smelling like pine while you're trying to eat, it's too much! Also, they agreed that the inside needs some TLC, time to shampoo the carpets. The fish is good and consistent always fresh. They will not let you have okra as one of your sides even though it's literally pictured with fish and fries on the front of the menu. Not even for an upcharge! Okra is only available as an appetizer, kinda weird..

First time to eat here. We are from Texas but hang here on the weekends and this place was wonderful. Great service, very clean, excellent food. Will be a regular place when we visit.

The service and food was outstanding!!!We split the 3 chicken, 3 shrimp and 3 fish piece dinner.It was PLENTY for both of us and we brought some home!

Excellent service, great food, more food than you can eat and a great selection to choose from. I will definitely go back.Parking: Ample parking
