Papa John's Pizza - Ada

I usually pick up DoorDash orders from here and employees are attentive and friendly. The orders may take a few more minutes after I get there, but they’re always hot and seem to be correct. I haven’t heard the DoorDash customers complain at all.We have ordered take out a couple of times and our orders have been correct every time. We will order in the future if we ever want to!

Pick up and delivery only. High staff turnover.Still it's the best pizza in Ada.Vegetarian options: You order it, you get it.Parking: Huge parking lot. You can always get a decent park8ng spot.Wheelchair accessibility: Not great. Door is regular width. Inside is narrow...ish but doable.

I've ordered here for years and it's almost always been good. Today, however, was absolutely horrible. The app kept changing the address after I would fix it so I put the proper address in the driver instructions. I also called in to confirm they saw it, and was told they saw and that the driver was headed towards the correct address. I got a call from the driver and he went to the wrong address in Byng. It took well over an hour for our food to arrive and everyone in the office was starving. By the time the food got to us it was all cold and the driver even almost dropped the food in the office. I wish I could've tipped after the fact through the app because I would NOT have tipped as much as I did. $100 dollars worth of food.Coworker just informed me there was hair in the food as well.Raising the review because they called and fully made up for it. I appreciate them getting in contact with me and working things out. Will still continue ordering from here.
