The place is large and clean but the food is below average, nothing special about it and not even close to chipotle. They need to work on their spices because you barely taste anything on the meat, they also need to add Tabasco sauces. Drinks are okay and they have a few fresh juices. Although I am an age old Firegrill customer, the experience in this particular branch was not that good, the guy on the cashier (filipino) is a bit mannerless, I roughed him up but I never expected this kind of behaviour from the staff neither I can stand. The previous staff here was too good.
During my trip to Al Khobar, I stumbled upon Fire Grill restaurant. I was initially unsure about dining there, but the exterior looked promising. To my delight, the interior was even more impressive. I ordered the rinderquesadilla with a cold Pepsi, and thoroughly enjoyed my meal. It was a great experience overall.
