The McDonald's at Brookstone is hands down the best one we've ever been to. They consistently exceed expectations for their customers, always with a smile and a genuine effort to ensure everyone is happy. Why am I reviewing a McDonald's you ask? Because I've been searching for a shamrock shake for a few years and FINALLY they got them in. So while I'm here I'll also add they have the friendliest and best service of any other McDonald's around. Think Chickfila service here. My orders have never been wrong and the staff is consistently super nice. Also they still have junior big Macs so I don't have to wait for someone to share lol
The food was nice and hot and flavorable. I don't know if I would allow my kids to play in the play area. Beneath the playground looks like it has not been cleaned in a while.
This place is amazing. The employees worked hard and they are very sweet to serve everyone well. The play area is excellent.
I have lived around the corner of this location for almost seven years. This is consistently the best run and cleanest McDonalds I have ever seen. I will go out of my way to go to this location if I can.
