Food was good but the service was so so. We were asked to pull up to give fresh food time to cook and the associate bringing it to us was too busy on their phone to bring us our food. Watching him play on his phone as he meandered toward us was veryfrustrating as we were short on time.
The food was overly salty, and there was more breading than actual chicken. They also got my order wrong. The staff seemed a bit curt both on the intercom and at the window. To top it off, one employee was smoking right outside the restaurant, which made for an unpleasant smell as I drove through. It's definitely not a good impression. I might think twice before coming back next time.
I recently visited this restaurant and had a disappointing experience. I came in for the $6 box and was handed a drink with a hole in the bottom. When I pointed it out, the employee at the window responded with an attitude. To make matters worse, he disrespectfully poured the drink out next to my van. I was really shocked by the behavior of the staff during the day shift. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.
I have to say, I've visited this location a few times before and wasn't particularly impressed. However, this time I was pleasantly surprised. The wings were cooked perfectly, not overdone, the biscuit wasn't hard as a rock, and my wife's mac and cheese bowl was quite good too.
This KFC was understaffed. There was a long wait to get an order placed (about 10 minutes) and the family ahead of me left before anybody came to take the order. However, once the guy came over, he was pleasant and the order was accurate. I then noticed he was helping the other person in the back cook and pack the order. Kudos for him jumping in help move things along. The food was great!
