Kfc - Acworth

I have to admit that I've visited this place a few times and left feeling underwhelmed. However, this time I was pleasantly surprised. The wings were cooked perfectly and not overdone, the biscuit was soft, and my wife's mac and cheese bowl was quite enjoyable.

I arrived at 5:00 and went inside. My order was taken quickly and accurately, and the food was delivered right away. The gentleman who took my order was very friendly, helpful, and efficient. The food was well-prepared and neatly packed. We ordered an 8-piece bucket with potatoes and mac and cheese, as well as a 4-piece chicken strip box. Everything was tasty, though I found the strips to be a bit small for the price and slightly overcooked. Overall, dinner was enjoyable, and this experience hasn’t deterred me from returning.

Wednesday evening rush hour at 6:00, they were probably four cars in the passage. Inside there was only another customer. I might wait 10 to 15 minutes for my food, a $20 filled bucket, the eight pieces of chicken, with sides and cookies. Service was fine, only when I engaged the cash in the conversation, she seemed to smile. When I came home, I only discovered seven chickens. Very disappointed. Give three stars because I hope they will improve. It looks nice.

KFC, in my opinion is way overpriced! This food is tasty, but oh so unhealthy! And considering that, way too expensive! I like the bowls they offer and their biscuits are great too. But again, so expensive and so unhealthy! It would be great I they offered an organic, pasture raised chicken option! And maybe some other organic options-corn, for instance. Then the prices would really be worth it!

Food was good but the service was so so. We were asked to pull up to give fresh food time to cook and the associate bringing it to us was too busy on their phone to bring us our food. Watching him play on his phone as he meandered toward us was very frustrating as we were short on time.
