The only issue I had was that the cashier shortchanged me, which seems to be a frequent occurrence at fast food places lately. It makes me wonder if management is instructing staff to do this because it's becoming too coincidental. Otherwise, I would have rated this place a full 5 stars.

The meat tasted like a frozen patty that had just been cooked. My Frisco burger was drenched in mayonnaise, and I had to use napkins to wipe off the excessive amount. Overall, it was just disappointing. Farewell, Hardee's.

Unlike many others, this location has maintained its high level of service and quality even after the pandemic. The entire staff deserves raises! For the past 15 years, we have enjoyed this Hardee's, and you definitely get your money's worth. I often take home leftovers because their biscuits are simply irresistible. This location has outlasted many others nearby, and it's a good sign when you see locals gathering there. Thank you for consistently delivering an excellent experience. Even years ago, when I mentioned a minor concern, I was treated with kindness—it has truly become a staple for us. Thank you to the whole team!
