There were several people behind the... read more We waited at the bar for 15 minutes before finally being approached to be served, even though the restaurant was not busy. There were several people behind the bar, walking around, eating M&M's, and chatting with each other. Despite the reviews suggesting that this was a classy establishment with great food and service, our experience fell far short of our expectations. It seems that the owners are not open to honest feedback, as they have a sign posted saying not to say anything if it's not nice. This approach seems questionable to us, especially considering that my husband and I have years of experience in the food and hotel industry, and this place did not meet our standards of hospitality. We had high hopes for this restaurant but were ultimately let down. We observed a lack of training and basic food safety issues during our visit.
