Contribute FeedbackDespite some negative experiences with incorrect orders and subpar service, McDonald's in Acton still manages to receive positive feedback for its food quality and friendly staff. The quick service and tasty coffee make it a convenient stop for many customers, particularly those on the go. While there may be room for improvement in terms of order accuracy and management, the overall consensus seems to be that McDonald's provides a satisfactory experience for most patrons.
I just left McDonalds in Acton after waiting over 20 minutes and they couldn't produce 2 egg mcmuffins and a cappuccino. Because they were so concerned about the time of the drive through cars they didn't serve the front. This led to a build up...of people in the front area greater than allowed in a restaurant. You can only have 10 people in the store!! I had to leave, no food If you can't control the amount of people legally allowed shut the door!! I will be reporting this Covid violation!!
It seems that they struggle to get anything correct, except when it comes to drinks. During my most recent visit, they made a mistake on my $9 order which resulted in me walking away with over $30 worth of food. Make sure to double check everything before you leave!
It’s same old McDonald’s. But going inside is very slow. They will show your order as ready on the screen to pad there own stats but your left standing around for 15 -20 minutes. Then give you everything but your fries and tell you they...will bring them to you. I finished my burger and had to get my fries to go.
Try not to write hostile reviews, but I don't understand the service at this location. It never improves; almost every order has some mistake. A short list from various visits over the past two years: wrong size fry, forgot hamburger, forgot drink, wrong frappe flavour,...forgot fry, forgot danish. Burgers are often underdone or cold. Nearly every visit either wait for the long line to move, or end up waiting for food to be prepared. Better value to drive to Georgetown, at least you get what you order at that location.
It's bad for you. Tastes good when drunk or hungover. Customer service is what you can expect from 16 year olds with a 18 year old shift manager.
