What Tuiri doesn't like about Dolceria Sapone:
In the title I played a bit, but the disappointment is so much. I ate in a reception the pastries and the cake of this pastry, and I was unexpectedly disappointed. Everything very sweet, without particular notes of taste. I have always been a fan of their products, to tell the truth for a while I haven’t eaten it, unfortunately I cannot confirm the judgment I had previously. I hope it's been a passing défaillance. Tasted through a friend of mine a panettone with pistachio and it was really something exceptional, quality in the pure state unique softness and a perfume never felt in other handicrafts, I will try others and I highly recommend this pastry

I had the pleasure of the panettone of the great master the special edition of coffee... nothing to say ever tasted such a good panettone.
My sister passing the holidays in Belgium has brought on the journey with if and for the pleasure of all of us in the family, one of the best bakery eaten and more made in Puglia! The only regret and that we could not eat it for capodanna seen the distance but we do not see the time to eat it next year!!!! !
Thanks to Maestro Sapone we ate a great panettone at Christmas lunch. It was the first time but I am convinced that it will not be the last!!! !
