Literally stumbled upon this place while touring houses. We would’ve eaten anything, but were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and friendliness of lunch service. Fresh pasta, great recommendations and my wife had the most awesome semi-frittata off egg and truffles. I had the sweet rice torta for dessert and the price was crazy low. It’s in the middle of nowhere, but here’s hoping you drive by...... View all feedback.
Very good but very good, I recommend strangulations with cheek and pistachio, exquisite is little, very friendly staff, price at hand
We stayed about 700 metres away in the Borgo di Messenano and found the El Paso to be a great asset to the area. We bought essential supplies there, eggs, fruit, bread, cheese milk there. There is also a range of snacks available and a licensed bar. We also ate there twice. Very handy on a dark night when it is 13 kms of windy road to the next town. Worth a visit. PS Smell the gorgeous roses whilst you are there.
This is a great place for lunch; right on the road, nothing else around for miles. We ordered mixed grill and were shocked by the large portion. We couldn't finish it, try as we may. Sausage, bacon, lamb, pork, beef. Wow. They couldn't speak any English, but that didn't stop them from trying very hard to please us.
Nice place, in the countryside, Umbrian menu. Embossed appetizer. First anonymous. There is still a wide choice. For the ate price a little high
I had tagliatelle with mushroom and wifey had mushroom and truffle pasta. My tagliatelle was a little al dente and dry but wifeys mushroom and truffle was delicious. would have said this was typical mid range restaurant but for the antipasto we shared first.. it was absolutely fabulous. Beers and house red wine also delish..
