We found this place while looking to escape from a conference at seven springs resort and we were so glad to stumble upon it! We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals, in particular I had a burger that was cooked just perfectly. We also enjoyed some beers, which were huge and cheap. The service was also great and friendly and it was just a really nice experience. View all feedback.
What Jim B doesn't like about Black Dog Pub:
This business is a bit of a joke. The employees drink and eat non stop in a hurry. They are rude and domineering. It is apparent it is causing the staff working in the restaurant having to run around the drunks working on the job to be in a hurry to meet their demands at a constant pace. We came in for some sandwiches and a few drinks and it took a great deal of time for the server to realize we were there because of... View all feedback.
I haven't eaten here in awhile but I just love their salad bar! It is the best in town for sure. They have great food as well. We rented this location for a baby shower and had a great time! Staff was friendly and the food was great. I can't say enough about the salad bar!! NOM NOM!! This restaurant is located at the golf course but is open to the public. They do have a bar in the front and more seating in the back. It is pretty small inside.
I was going to give 3 stars, but then I saw they had Duquesne beer...on tap! Wow, I haven't seen beer like that since, well, since my childhood when I watched my uncles drinking it. Do yourself a favor, and just get a tall cold Duquesne and one of their hamburgers. The burgs are hand packed, the old school way and served with pub chips. It will take you back in time! Oh, and the prices aren't bad either. Just look for the little Duke sitting on top of the beer tap!

Located on the golf course, I would choose here over Brady's ANY day. Most days I would choose here over Out Of The Fire (OOTF). Why? They have booze, yo....
This restaurant leaves much to be desired. The staff seems more focused on drinking and snacking than on providing service. They come across as rude and overbearing, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. It’s clear that their behavior is affecting the other employees, who are left scrambling to accommodate the needs of the rowdy staff and the demanding patrons. We stopped by for some sandwiches and drinks, but it took a long time for our server to even acknowledge us, mainly due to the distracted employees and inconsiderate golfers crowding the bar with their demands. There is a complete absence of professionalism here. Management has significant improvements to make if they want to provide decent customer service.
