In the summer months they expand the seating to a lovely setting outside in a beautiful historic square. It gets busy though so I suggest you for for dinner particularly.

Pasta had zero taste at all and the mixed starter had salami sausage cut about half an inch wide so you could barely chew it. Overall very disappointing and I don’t get how this restaurant is rated so well.

The experience... read more Nothing fancy about this place and not designed to tourists, but the pizzas are to die for, and the service is attentive, charming and graceful. The experience of earting there is just perfect. Don't miss the home made, freshly deep friend thin potato chips. Really delicious, Acireale is not Catania, much sleepier but it's worth making a detour to eat here. We aere so disappointed when we found out it wasn't just closed on Mondays but Tuesday too, but that might be seasonal.
